Jen Donahue is a tattoo artist and cosmetic tattoo professional based in Chicago, Il. She specializes in customizing fine line detailed tattoos. Her work carries a curiosity for the macabre, ancient folklore and all things nature. She draws obsessively creating layers of faces, objects of our everyday,moons,patterns,and healing plants. As an artist Jen hopes to share an authentic experience with her clients, one of healing and transformation.

On the medical/cosmetic side of her work, Jen creates natural and realistic brows with her microblading services. Her services also include, non-laser tattoo removal and 3d Areola permanent tattoos for breast cancer survivors. She is a self made artist who has studied under multiple artistic and medical/cosmetic tattoo professionals for the past 10 years. Donahue apprenticed under tattoo artist Gabriel Zorsano, who has been her mentor for many years. She attended the Advanced School for Permanent Cosmetics for microblading and works with fellow artist and teacher Katie Liberatore of Midwest Microblading. She studied non-laser pigment removal with Teryn Darling at Girlz Ink, and has a certification for 3D Areola tattooing from True Life Canvas. She treats her work as a ritual and practice in her everyday life. She will continue to travel, study ,dream, and collect imagery to inspire her work and hopes to share more collaborative and transformative experiences with her clients in the future. Jen will also continue to create a safe space for all to come and experience the ancient tradition of tattooing.
