Eyeliner

The lash liner process is a semi-permanent makeup technique that involves applying pigment along the lash line to enhance the appearance of the eyes. This procedure can provide a natural-looking definition to your lashes, saving you time on your daily makeup routine. Whether you're looking to achieve a subtle enhancement or a more dramatic look, lash liner can be customized to suit your individual preferences.

Contact Jen Donahue at Birdbone Tattoo to schedule your consultation.

Here’s how it typically works:

1. Consultation: You’ll discuss your desired look, any concerns, and any allergies or sensitivities. This is also when you choose the color and style.

2. Preparation: The area around your eyes is cleaned, and a topical numbing cream is applied to minimize discomfort during the procedure.

3. Application: Using a specialized tattoo machine or hand tool, a trained technician carefully deposits pigment along the lash line. This can create a subtle enhancement or a more defined look, depending on your preference.

4. Aftercare: Once the procedure is complete, you'll receive aftercare instructions to ensure proper healing. This typically includes avoiding water and makeup on the area for a few days. See link below for aftercare instructions.

5. Healing: The initial healing usually takes about a week, with the final results visible after any swelling subsides and the pigment settles.

6. Touch-Up: A follow-up appointment is often recommended a few weeks later to perfect the look, as some areas may need additional pigment.

The result is a natural-looking enhancement that can last for 1-3 years with proper care.
